Title:
Developer/Technical Lead
Location:
Santa Clara, CA OR Tempe, AZ
Role:

Work within the IT Sales, Marketing and Products vertical team to support the delivery of Marketing projects and initiatives being used by our commercial US banking teams. Systems and projects the candidate will work on are: CRM, Marketing database, Marketing tools, Sales tools and Client Contact Database.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis and developer skills, system design and estimating is also required to be successful. The position is a mix of Requirements Analysis (20% of the role) Developer (approx. 50% of the role) Tech Lead (approx. 20% of the role) and Solution Architect (approx. 10% of the role). Previous experience in Marketing and marketing systems a plus.

Carry the role of a developer & technical lead working closely with Project Managers, Business/Systems Analyst and other IT groups; Provide technical leadership on development projects. Architect, design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Provide realistic implementation schedules while adhering to company's architectural standards and principles.

  • Promote tighter business/IT alignment and better-quality decisions regarding the application of technology towards business goals
  • Assists with impact analysis of proposed changes on existing systems, architecture, capabilities, system priorities, and technology solutions; looks for additional solution options or trade-offs
  • Assists in business strategy and process engineering as well as standards definition and review
  • Continually evaluate production processes for potential design improvements, performance improvements and refactoring opportunities
  • Identifies cost/benefit implications of proposed solutions (e.g. people, processes, technology, strategy, finance)
Requirement:

EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years of experience including demonstrated lead role in software development and design. The ideal candidate has experience developing solutions for Sales, Client Service and Marketing such as CRM. Experience in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics a plus. Data analysis and experience interfacing with offshore development teams and QA testers. Work experience in the US preferred.
